Title: Constable
Function:
The regents of the guild have full authority over the guild in the absence of the King or Queen. They have emergency power to act as they see fit and while they can be overruled, this is not likely to happen.

Function: The Priesthood is the spiritual arm of the EKC. They perform ceremonies and spiritual aspects of knighting and event blessings.

Function: The Royal Guard is responsible for protecting the King and Queen during guild events and other affairs.

The Office of Foreign Affairs (The Chancery)

The Foreign Office is responsible for contacting other guilds and establishing relations between them and the EKC. The Foreign Office assigns or accepts ambassadors to other guilds.
Treaty levels are:
- Full Alliance
- Defense Alliance
- Treaty of Peace
- Friendship (no formal treaty)
- Neutral (no formal treaty)
- War (with established rules of engagement)

Functions:
Bards - Stories and Songs. The Heralds will gather and/or write stories and songs relating to EKC activities. These will be posted, along with pictures and other graphics on the web page using the galleries provided.
Bards - Guild Voice: Some Heralds will act as the voice of the guild, delivering news of EKC events to Britannia and to UO related websites. They will also be present at events to announce activities or combatants in the jousts. On official business, the Herald will make introductory announcement to the court (such as the arrival of the King or Queen and the beginning or end of proceedings.) They may also officiate some ceremonies. They are the ambassadors to roleplaying guilds.
Arms - Keepers of Names: Members who create stories, names and titles for themselves will turn over such information to the Heralds, who will be responsible for maintaining those lists. This includes ancestries, descendencies, and other important character information.
Arms - Pageantry: Heralds will also create or gather the insignias and coats of arms used by each knight, and the dates of knightings or Orders of Merit.

The Mayor of the Eternal City is responsible for tracking ownership of houses within the city, including those belonging to other guilds and individuals. The Eternal City is located on Trammel and Felucca, and may have a outpost on Malas as well.

Minimum Rank: Eternal Knight
This role is for those who will lead weekly guild hunts to areas of their choosing. While not a demanding job, consistency is necessary. Two hunt leaders are assigned so that one may fill in for the other. There may be multiple warlords assigned and they will post group hunt schedules to the web page.
